In 1925, Harvey’s great great grandfather was surprised to discover bottles of alcohol mysteriously built into the walls of his farm cottage.
Legend has it that to avoid high government taxes, rum and other goods were often smuggled into Cape Cornwall by boat and stored in a farm building known as “the Wink”.

Standing Proud on the Duke if Cornwall's coat if arms, the Cornish Chough has long been associated with Cornwall. According to Cornish Legend, King Arthur did not die after his last battle but rather his soul migrated into the body of a Red-Billed Chough.
According to local miners, unexplained lights can sometimes to be seen coming the mound at night.
Surrounded by copper and tin mines from the 1800's. tunnels can be seen leading deep underground and out to sea.
A vibrant White Rum, made by blending a Caribbean rum base with Cornish water. The name is a nod to the history of Cape Cornwall, when rum was smuggled in by boat and stored in the walls of the founders' farm building!
A Gold expression from our Cape Cornwall range! A base of aged Caribbean rum has been blended with Cornish water for this one, so there's lots of chocolatey notes among the fresher, grassy flavours. Perfect with ginger beer and the like.
A suitably warming spirit it's our Spiced Rum! In here you'll find Caribbean rum along with spices including saffron and nutmeg, which is finally blended with Cornish water. We reckon this could be a good contender for a spiced Mojito!
