Founded on a love for great, traditional ales and beers, St Ives Brewery have been hand crafting award-winning Cornish ales for over a decade. Looking over St Ives harbour, they are passionate about using the highest quality ingredients, creating exceptional beers that are the perfect homage to their picturesque location.
We source the finest grain from Warminster malt, hops from around the world through Charles Farnham, Cornish spring water and a special house yeast. The quality of ingredients is so important. We seek out the best we can buy, making sure we do not substitute quality for cost. We trade with ethical producers where possible and work hard to meet our goal of becoming carbon neutral.
We are super passionate about great beer. Our love of beer keeps us innovating and learning. The changing nature of people’s tastes and trends in the market make us eager to seek out new ways to produce beer. The craft beer scene has evolved rapidly in the last five years and we’re eager to try and stay ahead of the trends.
